Somewhere it is said that Telekinesis is defined as “the production of motion in objects without contact or other physical means.”
Having quoted that, it aptly refers to an incident that I experienced two days ago. I shall relate what happened.
A chat between Windy and I on Yahoo Messenger was temporarily put on hold. When it was resumed, in came Windy or shall I rather say in came the Fury of Windy.
He was fuming mad about having a unannounced visit by his Insurance Agent that night. As I understood it, the Insurance Agent needed Windy to sign another set of documents to acknowledge that the official Insurance Forms were incorrectly answered.
According to Windy, the Insurance Forms were not filled by him but by his Agent and he (Windy) had to sign the acknowledgment papers as though he had made false declarations.
I could then see why Windy was so upset. I’ve known him to be precise in what he says and does. And he never fails to deliver.
While Windy was fuming at his nostrils and ears with smoke, ranting about the audacity of the Insurance Agent….
All of a sudden my computer stalled and my monitor went totally black. I had to switch my Computer back on. This has never happened to my Computer unless there is a power failure and what it does to my computer would need no explanation.
Gosh! the Fury of Windy appears to be more potent than computer hackers! I’d call that Telekinesis.

I Feel Brand New!
You have possibly read recent articles here about my cousin, Michelle a.k.a Mystique of Mystique's Moments, with whom most of my childhood years I shared with. We are a year apart in age. She returned from Manila to her hometown to celebrate her mom’s birthday. Michelle and I are related on our maternal side; her mom and my mom are sisters.
But wait….
I thank Ally of In the Eyes of the Beholder who did admirably at this Blog and Kuerdas during my recovery period. I also thank all my visitors who never lost their faith with Our Journey To Forever. Thank you most sincerely!
I have actually sworn not to be the Maid of Honor again. I have been the Maid of Honor of a friend in 2006 and I was sick and down for a week after the wedding. But well, how can I say "NO" to my cousin dearie? ;-) She actually told me that she's supposed to be the Maid of Honor to my own wedding but since she got engaged first, I have no choice but to be the Maid for her wedding, LOL!

Health Care Makes Me Feel Brand New
It has been a period of learning for me. I have been more purposeful about improving my health condition. This is something that I kept procrastinating and it was Windy of Windmill on the Hill who insisted that I really take serious measures to get my health back on track.
He persuasively goaded me on, convincing me to take baby steps in doing the right things. But there were times he chided me for being inconsistent and he meant well. I find Windy a dependable friend from whom I learned a good deal about personal health care.
He also spoke about how his second son is a body fitness freak. LOL! Well that’s definitely not my bowl of soup. Can you imagine me pumping up my biceps and turning into an Amazon woman?
However, body fitness is not merely biceps. There are several valuable points that can be learned from body fitness. From example at Kettlebells, there are various forms of physical workouts that enable anyone to get his body trim and fit. Now, that would interest for both, woman and man.
Right now, Windy keeps reminding me about my need to do physical exercise everyday. It is just taking a thirty minutes walk outside my home before I attempt anything more physically strenuous. I’ve been doing it and I admit that it is helping my health recovery.

Big Leap In Education
Recently I was riveted to my television set when there was a Documentary about the status of women in the war-torn country of Afghanistan.
If comparison is to be any measure of how fortunate Filipinas are, then the present conditions in my country cannot be reviled when cast against the deplorable and insurmountable odds that the Afghanistan women endure.
Here in the Philippines, we have been blessed by our Founding Fathers that they laid a solid foundation for the importance of Education.
From the early days after gaining Independence, those were the days when the dreams of a better tomorrow meant physically trudging through undeveloped terrain to attend school classes.
With the advent of the Age of Computer Technology, long distance learning has changed that landscape. We now have what is popularly called an online degree. The existence of online universities is another leap in Education that allows a first time student or a job worker to study for a tertiary degree with the aid of Computer Technology. There’s never an end to being educated smarter. If only this was made possible for the Afghan women. View blog reactions

When Will Our Government Change?
There was a time that I went to Lainy's office when I was in GenSan. AS you all know, Lainy works as a government employee in Commission on Elections. It's a government sect who take charge of the elections especially this coming May 2010.
Some people seemed to be busy when I was there, some are just chitchatting. Just like any other government offices that I have seen in provinces that I visited here in the Philippines, everything there seemed to be obsolete. Stack of papers anywhere, the building itself is old and they don't even have modern industrial computer. I don't know why the government can't seem to provide for better industrialized equipments to make their employees work better. I actually know the reason why. The money for the equipments goes to corrupt people who gets a seat in the government. They are like vultures and just take advantage of the people's taxes. Sigh. When will our government change?

Waiting For God's Sent...
Not that I'm choosy since I'm not really that pretty, you know. It's just that I haven't met the man that I think I can spend the rest of my life with yet. I go out with friends and meet some guys. It's either he don't seem interesting to me or the other way around. No chemistry whatsoever.
Some friends told me that they think men find me intimidating. They might think so because I really don't pay too much attention to guys. I think they won't like me anyway. Sigh.
My past experiences with ex's and friends' experiences with relationships may have affected my view about love and marriage. I don't ask for a perfect man or a perfect love because I know there's no such thing. Maybe I'm just not ready to get hurt. I know I shouldn't think that way but I don't trust myself for being in a relationship because I'm afraid I'll just give up on it.
Better yet, I'd rather enjoy being single for now. When I get ready, I'll let our Father know and ask Him for my prince. In that way, whoever that man is, I know I'll be happy with him for the rest of my life because he's God's sent.

I hope Lainy and Ate Nimfa will love my birthday gifts for them. I let Michelle bring it with her so I won't have to spend for mail carriers.

Photos of Lainy's Birthday Bash
She vehemently declared October 29 as her official holiday and that she turned 25 FOREVER recently since it was her first time to get cakes (she actually got 3 cakes as birthday presents) and blew candles on her birthday. Can't argue with that! Lol! Guess who gave the biggest cake??? I'll leave you guessing! hahahahah!
Lunch was done at work for her colleagues since it was impossible for them to go to Lainy's house because of their toxic schedule. Dinner was for church mates and family at home.
Her boss - Bottomlines whom she influenced to blog, called her up in the morning and pretended to be Capt. Tan of the PNP (Philippine National Police). She recognized his voice right away so the pretense got spoiled! Lol! He was one of the first people who called to greet her a Happy Birthday.
She sent me a text message on her birthday bragging about her Prince's Scotty's gifts. She got a new digital camera from her Sayang which she used to take pictures. Gifts will be shown on the next post.
Meanwhile, here are some of the photos:
